Reality

A mirror, me standing in front of it & my reflection in it. That's it. I stand there staring at an illusion created in the mirror. Simple physics. Light rays, bumping off me, collide on the surface of the mirror. The rays reflect & traverse a path, bound by the laws of optics. Few of the rays manage to enter my eyes, through pupils, causing an inverted image in retina & some sensory mechanism is triggered & Voila! I see myself in the mirror, an illusion. Illusion, how very distinct from the reality.......

Hmmm .... So there I am, in reality, a mirror & an illusion. Or is it? What if there is, at some distant end of universe, mirror of gargantuan proportions. The real real me is standing over there staring into the mirror. Light rays, bumping off him, collide on the surface of the mirror. The rays reflect & traverse a path, bound by the laws of optics. Few of the rays manage to enter his eyes, through pupils, causing an inverted image in retina & some sensory mechanism is triggered & Voila! the only real me comes into existence. Who will confirm? I wonder the reflection of real me knows better.

          Reality? Yeah right!
